For Our Merchants (Suppliers & Stores)
Types of Partners:
- Suppliers (Müvecridun): Companies offering a variety of products, from key manufacturers to reliable intermediaries.
- Stores (Al-Matajir): Famous local or international Turkish brands (like Adidas, for example) that showcase their products in physical stores.
Onboarding Process:
Merchants register on our platform, upload their legal documents, and list their products with initial pricing. Our admin team reviews and approves each application. Once approved, the merchant's product price is combined with our system's profit margin to determine the final price for the customer.
For Our Influencers (Celebrities/Müatherun)
Joining the Platform:
Influencers begin as regular users and can apply to become an influencer through a dedicated page. Once approved by our admin team, they gain access to marketing campaign tools.
Marketing Campaigns:
Approved influencers can launch promotional campaigns using custom discount coupons. They earn a sales commission for the duration of their specific campaign. To ensure fairness and focus, influencers cannot promote products from the 'Stores' (Al-Matajir) section.
Platform Administration
Our powerful administration system is the nerve center of the application, managing all operations and ensuring seamless interaction between merchants, influencers, and customers. The admin team is responsible for:
- Approving new merchants and influencers.
- Setting and managing profit margins.
- Overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Providing direct technical support to users via live chat.
